The Baby Kicks Monitor is a valuable tool designed specifically for expectant mothers to track their baby's movement. As recommended by doctors, keeping track of your baby's kicks after 28 weeks can provide important information about their development and well-being.

Instead of relying on traditional kick count cards, the Baby Kicks Monitor offers a more convenient and efficient way to log and count your baby's kicks. Compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, this app makes it easy to stay on top of your baby's movements.

Bonding with your baby is a precious experience, and regular kicking is a reassuring sign of their growth. Paying attention to any decrease in kicking or significant deviations from normal patterns can help identify potential problems. If you notice any concerning changes, it's crucial to contact your doctor for immediate advice.

It's ideal to set aside a specific time of day when your baby is most active for counting kicks. This can be around half an hour to an hour after dinner. By opening the Baby Kicks Monitor app and hitting the "Start Session" button, you can begin counting and record each kick by pressing "Record Kick" whenever you feel a movement.

The app conveniently logs the date, start time, duration, and number of kicks for each session. If the 10-kick mark or the two-hour limit is reached, the kick session will automatically stop. You have the option to redo the test or end it by pressing the "X" button in the upper-right corner.

If you need to make a call or use other apps during your kick session, simply press the home button to exit the app. When you return, the counting will resume from where you left off.
